In this regard, OpTonal follows its customers’ directions as to when and how to retain such data other than in instances where OpTonal is required to process such data to comply with its obligations under applicable law. The relevant enterprise customer’s data retention policy applies to Slack users’ data. For any inquiries related to such data, Slack users should direct such inquiries to the relevant customer.
