Data retention policy
Talla maintains daily backups and versioning of user’s data on an internal system. Therefore, the worst case Recover Response Objective (RPO) is 24 hours.
We retain no physical record copies of customer data. Upon request, we will delete customer data immediately, but there will be a 30-day period in which any data stored in the production database will continue to exist in backups.
Data archiving and removal policy
Upon request, data can be deleted from production databases as soon as possible. and will be fully purged from backups within 90 days.
