Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
Data will be kept for the duration of the installation to ensure proper functioning of Sparkly. Individual users can opt out by simply removing all of their interests from Sparkly.
Data archiving and removal policy
You may submit a request to have your personal data deleted at any time after removing Sparkly from your Slack workspace. Send your request to hi@anthym.life specifying your e-mail address or Slack workspace name, and we will delete your data within 30 days.
When Sparkly is uninstalled from the workspace, all data will be inaccessible and removed, with the exception of the installation itself and the workspace name for analytical purposes. A request can be made to also remove this information from our database. Furthermore, our backups expire after 30 days.
Data storage policy
All data is stored within Google Cloud / Firebase. We use various services to ensure all data is available at all times with as little latency as possible. Furthermore, we have logs and alerts in place in case of emergencies.

Data deletion request procedure
When someone sends a request to delete their data, we will do so within 30 days. If it concerns critical data we need to function as an app in that Slack space, we will start the uninstallation procedure after consent of the workspace owner(s).
